Western blot of Phospho-CRMP2 (Thr555) in rat PC12 cells stimulated with calyculin A (100 nM) for 30 minutes (lanes 1-4). Then the blot was treated with lambda phosphatase to dephosphorylate CRMP2 (lanes 2 & 4).
